At Ruggles Equestrian, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
